What is the concept behind Vreen Fashion?
Vreen Fashion is aย custom clothing company that combines Fashion Design and Custom Tailoring.ย
How does it work?
The process listed in 6 simple steps.
1.ย Book an appointment.Book anย appointment through our Contact form is the easiest and fastest way to book an appointment.ย All measurement consultations are complimentary and take anywhere from 30min to 1hr. If you would like to book a same-day appointment or your desired appointment slot is not available, please contact the studio directly at (226) 698-3354 or email to vreenfashion@gmail.com (ย *If you haven't heard from us in 2-3 days, please check your Spam folder.)
2.ย Get professionally fitted and measured.
During your fitting session, we will take overย 20 measurements to ensure the perfect fit. Constructing the fit of your garment is a dialogue between you and your tailor. A well-fitting custom garment is the perfect combination of proper fit and personal preference.
3.ย Work with our team to design a garment that is uniquely yours.
Each custom piece we make for our clients is individually designed with plenty of extra details. We will guide you through the design process and help you personalize each piece to ensure it meets your personal taste and lifestyle. All consultations begin a PINTEREST board dedicated to you! This helps us start a visual dialogue with you.
4.ย Every inch of your garment is spaced out and specific to you.
After you have been measured and your garment has been designed, technical specifications and style details areย ready, we begin to develop pattern and ordering fabric for you.
Every pattern isย cut for each and every client. This simply means you are able to fully customize your fit, your style, and your design.
6.ย Your custom garment is ready for pickup in as little as 4-5 weeks.

Do you have aย store?
We have aย studio located at 684 Belmont Ave. W, unit 103 Kitchener ON. We are by appointment only. You can email us, message us in social media or simply give us a call.
Do you have a parking?
We do have free parking behind the building. 2hr free parking along the Belmont Ave.
I do not live in Waterloo region, how do I place an order?
No Worries! We offer our complete experience virtually as well.ย
What is your lead time?
- In Stockย MATERIAL: 3-8+ weeks
- Pre Orderย MATERIAL: 5-10+ weeks

What type of materials do you use?
Our house materials range fromย cotton to organza. We source Eco and Organic fabrics, but you can bring your fabric if you like. We useย Eco friendly buttons and sustainable products.
How are your garments constructed?
Every pattern is cut for each and every client. This simply means you are able to fully customize your fit, your style, and your design.ย
Can you copy the fit of an existingย garment that I love the fit of?
Yes, we can. Please contact us for more details.
Do you handle alterations on clothing that you did not make?
Yes, we do. We offer clothing alterations in our Kitchener studio from simple pants hemming to wedding dress reconstruction. Please check out Alterations page.
Can I purchase gift cards?
Yes, you can. You can call us.ย
Can you make a wedding dress?
Yes, we can. We offer custom made wedding gowns and accessories ( wedding robes, detached trains, etc), as well as bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dresses.ย ย
What is your return or exchange policy?
Since everything we create for you is custom and one of a kind, we do not offer refunds. We do stand behind everything piece of garment we create and will work with you to ensure the perfect garment is delivered to you.ย
